Your tasks, notes, internal files and customer records are available only to people with permission. Publishing an MDG Page shares its saved public content and chosen images. Your private account records stay private.
The Mac pilot supports offline Pages drafts, contacts, tasks, notes and saved calendar data. It syncs supported changes after reconnecting. Live publishing, payments and connected portals need internet. The install page explains what is available on each device.
